Salon & Spa Policies


Please be considerate of our staff's time. We require that you give a 24 hour cancellation notice.If we do not receive proper notice a credit card number will be required in order to book your next appointment.


Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. New clients will be asked to fill out a release form.

Late Arrivals

Late arrival will limit time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment & expectations of your visit. In consideration of other clients, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals & the full price of your service will be charged.


Appointments that are two hours or more will be required to give a credit card number to book their appointment.

Gift Certificates & Groupons

While booking your appointment please notify us that you have a gift certificate or groupon. You will be asked for the voucher number. Clients that are a no call no show or give less than a 24 hour cancellation will loose the value of their groupon or gift certificate. You will be required to pay the difference to reschedule your appointment.


It is our goal to provide an environment free from outside distractions. We ask that you silent your cell phones during spa services. As courtesy to other clients please maintain a quiet level of conversation. We require there is only one client at a time in the treatment rooms.


To maintain a calm atmosphere we ask that children under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult. Children are not allowed to accompany clients during services.
